William W. Adler
Mr. Adler, a seasoned real estate consultant and financial advisor with over 20 years experience in commercial and residential real estate providing financing and investment advisory services. As president of Adler Associates, Inc. for the past twelve years he has provided his clients with investment advisory services and arranged for funding to meet their short and long term requirements. His practice has grown in the past years to include several international projects.
He was Vice President of Premack Associates, specialists in providing financing and consulting services, where he headed up a department of ten lending consultants producing over $5 billion in loans annually. He was also Vice President of Murray S. Adler, Inc. for five years as senior property manager overseeing all properties owned and operated by the company including residential, commercial and medical parks.
Mr. Adler is a graduate of C.W. Post College and a member of the senior advisory committee responsible for the review and recommendation to the board of directors on all acquisitions and divestitures of properties.
Ronald Halby
Mr. Halby, a graduate of Baruch College of the city of New York with a B S in finance, has over 35 years experience providing financial, operational and real estate investment advisory and consulting services with emphasis on financial industries including funding for acquisitions of multi family developments, sub divisions, resorts, hotels and healthcare facilities, recapitalization of manufacturing and distributing companies through private and public sources.
Mr. Halby designed and developed the first blind pool securitization program of $100,000,000 for medical receivable financing that received a “AA” rating from the credit rating agency Duff and Phelps.
Mr. Halby has provided investment advisory services to companies seeking capitalization as start ups and small to mid size companies that need funding for growth.
Some examples of his successes include: Acquisition of a 1500 unit multi-family development, acquisition of a 9 nursing home chain with a total of over 600 beds, recapitalization of a 21 location nursing home company with a total of 1,800 beds, acquisition of a portfolio consisting of seven high rise locations with over 12,000 apartments and financing the development and construction of resort projects both domestic and international including securing financing ranging from $25 million to in excess of $500 million.
Donna Cerrone-Alexander
Mrs. Alexander, earned a BS Degree in Marketing/Management, May 1977 from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida. Upon graduation, she was hired by the JC Penney Company as an Assistant Buyer for several lines of women’s clothing. Throughout her almost decade long career with the company, Mrs. Alexander worked directly with the corporate office then located in New York City. Her responsibilities included the placement of goods on a local and national basis, specializing in buys for the southeastern U.S. stores as well as stores in Puerto Rico. In addition, she wrote “in-house” company advertising for national company distribution.
Leaving her position to rear her children, Mrs. Alexander’s organizational skills were used to chair many fundraising and special events for schools and organizations. Recognized for her work in that field, she was hired by the Archdiocese of Miami and worked as an Administrative Director and Curriculum Specialist in the field of education working for a parish in Broward County, Florida. In 2002, Mrs. Alexander completed a graduate level program from St. Thomas University, Miami, Florida, earning a Masters Certificate in Religious Education. Since relocating to the Treasure Coast, she continued her work in religious education teaching at a local parish. Leading food and toy drives for her community, Mrs. Alexander served as VP of the local community Women’s Club. Currently she is an Officer and Advisory Board Member for Martin Volunteers, a branch of The United Way.
