What We Do:
Technology River Investments
(“TRI”) uses “seed investments” which focus on
technology acquisitions & developments enabling the
delivery of revolutionary products & concepts to the
global marketplace. The firm initiates startups,
builds products and invest in companies. We
acquire, develop, and license technologies that are
in the “prototype stage” or based on existing
patents. We enhance existing products which
require expansion capital to commercialize; fund
emerging science and high-technology research
projects that require help in patenting and develop
robust products and scalable marketing concepts
including ideas from the very early stages of what
represents “disruptive technologies.”
The Company is comprised of
talented and respected individuals who are engaged
in disciplines at the highest levels of the public &
private investment sector. The founders & advisors
have held high level responsibilities in both
industry and capital market positions. Together,
they bring a disciplined entrepreneurial approach to

Who We Are:
Gary D.
Alexander, Founder
Mr. Alexander, is a
graduate of Florida Atlantic University (BBA,
December 1977) with extensive experience and
knowledge initiating public and private offerings for small
companies.
His expertise includes
professional accounting services with “go-public”
transactions, private placement syndications, mergers and
acquisitions. He has led and participated in various
projects including work with internet services, telephone
and VoIP industries, children’s
media, aviation, commercial and residential real estate,
restaurants, the petroleum industry, medical practices and
facilities as well as the entertainment and music
industries.
Michael
S. Alexander, Founder
Mr. Alexander,
age 22, graduated from the Coggin School of Business at the
University of North Florida (Jacksonville, FL) where he
obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
(Finance) in April 2011.
From September 2006 to
present he was a Manager at Treasure Coast Private Equity.
He focused on technology acquisition and the development of
start-up companies with patented or prototype products,
assisted with acquiring and developing existing technologies
by communicating with prospective investors, and
participated directly in equity market trading including
small cap, micro cap and options.
