Objectives and Strategies
The Company is seeking to invest in U.S.
public and “early stage” private companies. The Company
seeks capital appreciation and absolute returns through
diversification and defined short-term exit strategies. Our
goal is total investment profit with a three to five year
exit timeline.
The Company’s Targeted Investment Categories include: Newly
emerging Industrial and Agricultural Technologies,
Proprietary Patented, Trademarked or Copywriter Properties
and Technologies; Nano-Science and Biotechnology with
emphasis on manufacturing of products; Internet Commerce and
Software from online applications to stand alone products;
Telecommunications and VoIP products and methods that offer
significant industry enhancements; Chemical sector, with a
special focus on biodegradable solutions for environmental
sensitive applications; Metal industries such as precious
metals refining and end user sales; Specialty Media and
Entertainment products for movie, television and gaming;
Transportation related products that are environmentally
friendly and provide alternatives to current methods;
Disruptive technologies for all industries where there is a
discernable need or suitable market opportunity for new
technology penetration and public trading “shell” companies.
The Company will seek
to achieve its objective by investing primarily through private
investments in public equity (PIPEs), and by providing convertible
bridge loans for public trading or early stage private companies in
pursuit of capital appreciation, absolute returns and defined
short-term exit strategies. In addition, the Company may invest in
the free-trading shares of the targeted entity, thereby providing
market support for the pricing of its investment.
